Clinician Spotlight: Kristen Benzinger, LPC ⭐️

Kristen is passionate about working with diverse populations and helping clients navigate challenges like ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationships. She brings a strengths-based, compassionate approach to therapy, creating a space where clients feel validated, supported, and even able to find humor in life’s challenges. Outside of the office, Kristen is deeply involved in animal rescue and looks forward to incorporating her therapy dog, Zoie, into her work.
