My beloved Danny and Katherine Dreyer are retiring. They have been a huge influence in my life for 20 yrs. I was fortunate to train under Danny Oct 2019 to become a ChiRunning Instructor. I look forward to working with the talented Master Instructors who took over the reigns. Cheers Danny!! Look for a posting on a ChiRunning Class ill be teaching Tuesdays starting at 5.15!

I just had a fantastic run in City Park. My favorite run that I finally logged on Strava, which I plan to do more. I wanted to share what ChiRunning teaches. I'm excited to start offering in person classes soon.

I got to run on the beach in Waveland this morning and was greeted by a great blue heron and so many seagulls. Its a beautiful morning!

High-intensity workouts get a lot of attention and can be great for health. But moderate physical activity may have metabolic advantages.
