Mindful Meditation Barefoot Recovery & Grounding Walk 🦶🏾🧘🏽‍♀️🩷

I am grateful for another beautiful day for mindful meditation walking, connecting and grounding with Mother Earth. My heart and feet are super happy I completed 2.56 miles raw, rare, and barefoot. I have included some education in this post on just some of the benefits of being barefoot.

I’m so happy my mother allowed me to play outside every day barefoot, she was keeping me healthy, and I never got sick. When I started running 16 years ago, I researched barefoot running and discovered many health benefits. I began to train once a month barefoot, and that’s why I can run barefoot now. To be totally honest, I’ve always been barefoot, whether it was just walking outside, talking on the phone, walking down the street to a neighbor’s house, or sitting on the porch chopping it up with the elders. I love having no shoes on, if I didn’t have to wear clothes, I wouldn’t. As a Sagittarius ♐️, I love all things freedom. As I’m typing this post, I have no shoes or socks on, I am barefoot in bed relaxing.

Good evening Reiki Master Teachers, Practitioners, and Students. I hope you are all well in mind, body, and spirit. Sometimes when healing others and taking care of family we may get tired, overwhelmed, and exhausted. We must remember, while we are helping others we also need to heal ourselves by getting enough rest. Rest ensures the body is healing of whatever does not serve you. Here are some Reiki tips for a good night sleep.

I have my alarm set to wind me down for 9:30pm every-night it helps a lot to have a consistent sleep schedule.

I hope these tips help someone sleep better tonight.
