Join us this Saturday, May 9 from 12:30–2:30pm for Roll Away Stress, a Yamuna® Body Rolling workshop led by visiting teacher Silke Steg.
Through self-massage, myofascial release, and joint opening, this practice helps create more space, ease, and energy in the body. I’ve loved this system for years, and many of you have already experienced pieces of it in class.
Come roll, release, and leave feeling lighter.

I’ll be teaching a new weekly Friday class at 8:15am + subbing for Geoffrey this Sunday at 9:45am.
Let’s be real—Geoffrey sets the bar high. But staying only with what you know is like ordering the same thing every time at your favorite restaurant… always good, always safe.
And sometimes, trying something new can surprise you in the best way.
New experience, same intention

•Schedule and Writing Update•

Many of you know about my book project, Yoga Undone, and how much of a journey it’s been. After years of going back and forth between inspiration and self-doubt, I’ve realized I need to fully commit to bringing it to life—for myself and for this community.
To do that, I’m making space to write during my most focused hours. Starting this week, I’ll be stepping away from my Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9:45am classes.
I’m so grateful for everyone who has been part of those classes, and I hope you’ll continue to practice with me in other ways. My Tuesday/Thursday 9:45am classes will now be hybrid—so we can stay connected, in person or on Zoom

Preemptive repair is all about getting ahead of burnout before it hits. With festival season in full swing, it’s easy to feel depleted—so the goal is to refill your energy before you go all in. That might mean 15 minutes of legs-up-the-wall at home, or stepping into a class to reset and recharge. And if that doesn’t feel doable, think of it as reformative repair—giving your body what it needs after the fact. Our upcoming Roll Away Stress workshop with visiting instructor Silke Steg is designed exactly for that: deep restoration, intentional movement, and true self-care.

Good news—Tamarin Hennebury is back from Southeast Asia and will be teaching her Yoga Nectar class Saturday at 10am.
The studio will be closed Easter Sunday, as well as Monday and Tuesday, and will return to a full schedule by Wednesday, April 8.
