Good morning! Birth of a new day! Re-birth daily!! If you are tuned into the energy of the world at all, you know 2016 has been and ending of a universal energy cycle. In numerology, it is a 9 cycle, which represents endings. 2017 is a 1 cycle, which represents beginnings. We get a new beginning daily. Let go of yesterday, be present now, and the future will take care of itself.

For those that aren't familiar, Camus was a French philosopher, author, and journalist. He considered himself an Absurdist. What he found paradoxical. This quote speaks to humans need to justify our thoughts, behaviors, actions and write stories to back them up, particularly when we lack the courage to think, act or behave in ways our higher self truly wants us to. It speaks to the conflict of the self. Today, pay attention, bring an awareness to your thoughts, behavior and actions. Are you doing your best? Are you justifying your story or are you truly writing it?

I am thankful for love, and all my friends an co-healers. I am thankful for laughter. It is the BEST medicine. I am thankful for good memories. A fond memory can re-wire your brain and change your mood instantly. This reminds me of being a kid and watching Sherman Hensley play George on The Jeffersons.
