Cancer Association of Louisiana

Cancer Association of Louisiana The Cancer Association of Louisiana (AKA CAGNO) helping cancer patients since 1959

Since 1959, Cancer Association of Louisiana CALA (AKA CAGNO) has served local cancer patients who are unable to find assistance from other sources. We want to go to more places in 2022 and help more cancer patients in Louisiana. We want to continue to help with prescriptions, nutrition and medical co-pays necessary for treatment. We want to relieve the burdens associated with care such as transpo

rtation and medical supplies. CALA’s program fills the gap in services provided through local hospitals, hospices and other healthcare agencies. Without CALA, these gaps must be met by family or friends or are not met at all. When available through donations CAGNO’s services also including…… Bed pads, wigs, prostheses, colostomy supplies, and subsidy of sickroom equipment.
