Join Laureen Hermann for Trauma Release Exercise (TRE): A Modality for Healing on Saturday, June 6th from 2:30–4PM.
TRE is a gentle yet powerful practice designed to help the body unwind stress, tension, and stored trauma through natural movement and release. This modality supports the lengthening and relaxation of the psoas muscle while calming the nervous system.
During the workshop, you’ll be guided through simple exercises that lightly fatigue the legs, activating the body’s natural shaking and trembling response. Like waves releasing back into the ocean, this process helps discharge long-held tension and unconscious patterns held in the body from everyday stress and past experiences.
