Washing your hands is a great way to stay healthy and keep your family healthy too. You can prevent the spread of germs by creating a healthy habit of washing your hands at home, school, work and play. Parents, teach your little ones the 5 steps in washing hands:
• Wet your hands with clean running water,
• Lather your hands by rubbing together,
• Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds,
• Rinse hands well under clean running water,
• Dry your hands with a clean paper towel.
