As some of you may know, our NYL teacher, Andrea, is the Director of Social Emotional Learning and Behavior Intervention at Homer A. Plessy Middle School. She leads small groups of students in using coping skills, in which she incorporates yoga. If you have a gently used (or new) yoga mat that you'd like to donate to her school's wellness room, please bring to NYL 7/28-9/1. Thanks everyone for your support!
