Just a reminder...
You do not need a separate "sport physical". If your child is up to date on their well visits and we have seen your child within the last 365 days, we can fill out your sports forms free of charge. Not sure if your kiddo is up to date on their yearly well visit, give us a call and we can look it up. We are here to help 😀

Throw back to our 1st birthday party. We hope you will join us Saturday, June 6th from 11-1 to do it all over again as we celebrate turning 2!!!! We will have a big kid bouncer with slide, toddler bounce house, balloon animals, face painting, sample table with formula and other goodies, and games!!!

Tis the season of forms!!!! Summer camps, sport organizations, school forms, vaccination records. We can fill those out for no charge if you have had a well visit within the last 365 days. Not sure when your last well visit was, give us a call. If you need one, we can get it scheduled.

Fisher Pediatrics is turning 2!!! We are so excited to celebrate with you Saturday, June 6th from 11-1! We are looking for two teen volunteers to make balloon animals during the celebration. We have all the supplies. The teens would just need to watch some Youtube tutorials and master a couple basic animals. It is pretty easy and fun. If you know a couple of teens that would like to help us out for a couple of hours, please comment. There may even be a Frosty Boy gift card in their future 😉 I will reach out in order. Thanks!!
