🍛it’s Tofu Tues! get it while it’s nice & fresh, you can eat it raw!! or bake it with breaded peppers & zucchini served over curry-spiced rice, like i did in this pic! we do carry crunchy panko crumbs, curry, rice, peppers, org zucchini, and oils, so it’s one-stop-shopping for this easy meal!🛒 OPEN 11–6:30 TUES, eggs & tofu will arrive a little late today around 11-11:30ish, so pls be patient while we get things all set up!🥚 other goodies like bananas, mangos, avocados, carrots arrive today, too!🥭 bring a friend, we have plenty to go around!

🥬have you tried our amazing lettuce varieties lately?! all organic + local from Blooming Hill Farm!! our scone baker, Jac, inspired me to make this version of a Waldorf salad (sans meat) since she’s been addicted to them lately & keeps buying our Gorgonzola cheese to top it off! i’m so glad she did, bc this was the best meal i’ve had all week! i made a simple dressing w just fresh lemon juice, evoo & maple syrup! all ingreds available plastic-free at the Refillery! SCONES this wknd are 🍓strawberry (gf / vegan options), and BREAD is WW Sourdough from Bread Alone, 10–5 SAT, 10–4 SUN … stop by and bring a friend!

🟣Self-Portrait with Daikon Radish Giant, why not?? these babies are big, beautiful, and ohhh so tasty! crispy & full of just the right amount of snappiness! gorgeous purple star when sliced, they pair perfectly with a cheese platter or dipped in hummus! or, grate them onto your salad or pickle them! we’re getting LOCAL + ORGANIC vegs in every week now, so don’t forget to peek in the fridge!👀 OPEN 11–6:30 weekdays, don’t forget your reusable veggie bags! SAT 10–5, SUN 10–4, scones this wknd are 🍎Apple-Rhubarb (made w local fruit, of course;) & org WW sourdough uncut loaves from Bread Alone… local / organic vegs this week include:
giant Daikon radishes
spinach bunches
green cabbage heads
red beets with greens
kohlrabi with greens
several varieties of lettuce
squash
Stayman Winesap apples
red potatoes
tofu, sheep / cow yogurt, eggs, sauerkraut, kimchi, honey, syrup & more are also local !

🧴meet Hope! she doesn’t love shopping, generally speaking, so she saves up her bottles and refills them about every 6 wks! shown here is her haul of 7 bottles of cooking oils, 5 bottles of dish soap, 2 tubs of laundry liquid, 1 bottle of isopropyl alcohol, 1 jug of cleaning vinegar, 1 jar of maple syrup, a bunch of org Swiss chard, and a few other goodies!!! wow! if you don’t live nearby, you can do what Hope does & save up your empties for one big haul!💪🏽 OPEN EVERY DAY! 11–6:30 weekdays, 10–5 Sat, 10–4 Sun. REFILL OVER LANDFILL over & over & over♻️

🐮one of my favorite ways to snack at the shop is with organic Berle Farm yogurt! i top it with our org h**p hearts, pepitas & dried cranberries or just some fresh fruit for a tasty & fulfilling snack packed with nutrition💪🏽 OPEN 10–5 SAT / 10–4 SUN with Chocolate-Pistachio Scones from our local baker (vegan / GF options) & WW Sourdough from Bread Alone! don’t forget MOM💗 we have some lovely cards & gifts!!
