🏕️got out into a lil nature this wk in the Berkshires, thx to my 2 new employees, Owen & Allee! it’s so nice to have hard-working people who I can trust to take care of the shop so I can step away to reboot & reflect. OPEN 10–5 SAT / 10–4 SUN, don’t forget all the DADS out there this Sun! stop by for a treat for the favorite fathers in your life! we’ll have cranberry or blueberry scones, plenty of eggs, organic local veggies, and treats for dad!

🍓b’fast on the deck, my favorite kinda morning:) OPEN 10–4 SUN… WW sourdough + 🫐blueberry scones! it’s our final week for Bread Alone, since they raised their MOQ to more than double per order what we typical get! we are very sad, but hope this opens up an opportunity to explore other options! 🥬LOCAL, ORGANIC greens are plentiful today!! arugula, spinach, lettuces, Swiss chard, kale, radishes are all organic! y’all asked for them, so here they are! pls stop by & fill up on the healthiest veggies!

🍓Self Portrait With The Wendy Strawberry! That’s right, these June-bearing sweeties are named “Wendy”!☺️ Luscious, deep red berries originating in Nova Scotia, the Wendy variety has an excellent flavor for fresh eating, pies, desserts and preserves. Thanks again to for sharing their harvest with us! We *hope* to bring in more local berries as often as we can, so stop by or text / call (845-797-1791) to see what’s in stock! (FYI: Soak berries for 5-10 min in 1 tblsp white vinegar + 1 cup water to remove pesticides). OPEN 11–6:30 Friday, we also have local, organic 🥬lettuce, arugula, Red Russian kale, spinach, Swiss chard, radishes, cilantro & fresh chamomile! 🥬have you tried our amazing lettuce varieties lately?! all organic + local from Blooming Hill Farm!! our scone baker, Jac, inspired me to make this version of a Waldorf salad (sans meat) since she’s been addicted to them lately & keeps buying our Gorgonzola cheese to top it off! i’m so glad she did, bc this was the best meal i’ve had all week! i made a simple dressing w just fresh lemon juice, evoo & maple syrup! all ingreds available plastic-free at the Refillery! SCONES this wknd are 🍓strawberry (gf / vegan options), and BREAD is WW Sourdough from Bread Alone, 10–5 SAT, 10–4 SUN … stop by and bring a friend!
