If you think you can’t meditate because your mind is busy or anxious, welcome to the human race!🤪

We need brain hacks like visualization, breath work, or humming to still the mind.

There is so much research on the benefits of humming to our brain and our entire nervous system because our vagal nerve is stimulated in the throat and then is soothed down the entire body with the resonance of humming.

Try it to soothe your mind with a four count inhale and an eight count humming - and then sit in stillness for as long as you can.

What we practice gets stronger!
