One chemical called bisphenol-A has been associated with reproductive abnormalities, Type 2 diabetes, and abnormal sexual behavior in animals. Another type of toxin found in these plastics is phthalates. Both of these chemicals
are known as endocrine disruptors and interfere with normal hormone balance.

Vitamin D3 is both a nutrient and a hormone. It helps us to absorb and regulate calcium and phosphorus. Thus it helps us have strong bones and teeth. It is also essential for immune function, heart health, and good mood. As we age we produce less on our skin and if we are toxic we produce even less. Often it is paired with Vitamin K which keeps the calcium out of our arteries.

The Calcium Score is a scan that measures calcified plaque in the arteries to access heart attack risk. A good score is zero. Anything over 200 a problem. I had a client with a score of 500! This type of score really raises the risk of heart attack or stroke. He even had a chunk of calcium in his heart! I put him on a specialized prgram to help remove the calcium and plaque. After about 3 months he was retested and his Dr. said that his arteries had been cleared out and he was off all restrictions for exercise.
