Coach’s Results Story:
a little over 4 years ago I moved to Florida, and completely adapted to the high school cheap eating culture (meaning fast food all day everyday) 😂 and I was diagnosed with PCOS right before, so needless to say I gained a bunch of weight very quickly 🙈 It wasn’t until I broke the zippers of my favorite high waisted shorts that I realized I had gained so much weight, and it was time to change. 🙅🏽‍♀️ I started drinking more water, exercising 20-30min daily, and started my Herbalife nutrition plan 🙌🏼 I was still able to eat the things I love, just being more conscious about the decisions I made. I lost over 38lbs on my first 90 day challenge, and after that my total was 46lbs down and went from 33.7% body fat to 21.7% 💪🏽 Needless to say I loved the results, but the most amazing part is that I fell in love with the journey so much that I chose to help other girls do the same😍
