Join us this evening for a relaxing sunset qigong session he at the office! Very easy movement that anyone can do! Please arrive about 6:45pm and we will start about 7pm. It will last about an hour then we will enjoy some light snacks and refreshments!!!!

We have some fun activities for the kids to do while we relax!

The kids will have a chance at a coloring contest to win a kiddie flora supplement and the adults will have a chance for the few goodies also!!

Come enjoy some fun relaxing Qigong with us❤️ please try to be here by 6:45 as we will start at 7 and will last about an hour. We will have light snacks and beverages afterwards! It's just $10.00/person.
