☀️Skin Brightening and Summertime☀️

While many of my patients can continue retinols and/or retinoic acid during the summer WITH RELIGIOUS SUNSCREEN PROTECTION, many cannot! Some even require HQ therapy.

BUT, here are 2 non-retinol and non-HQ options for skin brightening!

The first is trusty ZO SkinHealth Brightalive. It contains an Intelligent Peptide Drone that aids in fast brightening and minimizing pigmentation relapse. It also contains tranexamic acid that helps mitigate UV triggered pigmentation. It also contains niacinamide to support skin barrier and even skin tone.

Next up is Alastin’s C Radical Defense. It contains an encapsulated form of Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate- NOT Ascorbic Acid) to fight free radicals and help skin conserve elastin.
