I see many women struggle through the physical and emotional changes of aging feeling unsupported and disconnected from their original strength. Hormonal changes can profoundly impact a woman’s ability to function. Society often overlooks their effect on health, energy, mood, and vitality. However, things are looking up.
Coaches, like myself give women the support, education, and tools they need to optimize their health so they can continue to thrive in their roles as leaders, mothers, daughters, grandmothers, wives and partners.
