FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
GlucoSense Digital Corporation Announces Global Growth Targets for 2030
Company aims to expand access to personalized diabetes management and metabolic health education across the United States and international markets
BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. — September 22 , 2026— GlucoSense Digital Corporation, a health technology company focused on diabetes management, digital education, and metabolic wellness, today outlined its long-term growth vision: reaching 10 million active subscribers across its product ecosystem and an annual recurring revenue (ARR) run rate of US$3.6 billion by December 2030.
The strategy brings together personalized diabetes support, interactive learning, and nutrition-focused tools, with the United States as the primary market and planned expansion into selected markets in Africa, Europe, and Asia. The subscriber and revenue figures are ambitious strategic targets, dependent on successful ex*****on, sustained adoption, and the development of recurring commercial partnerships.
At the center of this vision is a clear mission: make high-quality diabetes and metabolic health support more accessible, affordable, and engaging for people and communities worldwide.
A connected product ecosystem
GlucoSense Digital Corporation’s growth strategy centers on four complementary products designed to support everyday health management and learning:
- GlucoSense Diabetes Management App — The company’s flagship platform brings together glucose tracking, AI-driven insights, predictive glucose and hypoglycemia early-warning tools, meal planning, and exercise support. Its development priorities focus on helping users understand their patterns and participate more confidently in day-to-day diabetes management.
- Glucose Guardian™ — A story-driven diabetes education life simulator designed to help users explore how daily choices involving meals, activity, medication routines, and other factors can influence diabetes management within a simulated environment.
- Diabetes Knowledge Challenge™ — A gamified learning platform that uses quizzes and interactive challenges to make essential diabetes education more engaging for individuals, families, and educational or healthcare programs.
- Fiber Guru™ — A nutrition and wellness companion focused on dietary fiber, gut health education, and everyday habits that support metabolic wellness.
Together, these products provide multiple ways for people to engage with the company’s services, whether they begin with daily tracking, diabetes education, or nutrition support. Institutional subscriptions and product bundles could extend that access through healthcare providers, employers, and community organizations.
Responding to a substantial global need
The International Diabetes Federation’s Diabetes Atlas, 11th edition, estimates that 589 million adults aged 20–79 were living with diabetes in 2024 and projects that this number will reach approximately 853 million by 2050. These figures illustrate the scale of the need for accessible diabetes support and education.
GlucoSense Digital Corporation aims to address part of that need through practical digital tools that people can use between healthcare appointments, supported by engaging education and opportunities for collaboration with care providers.
A market strategy built around local needs
The United States will remain the company’s primary commercial focus, with opportunities to develop consumer subscriptions and relationships with clinics, health systems, employers, and health plans.
In selected African markets, the company intends to prioritize affordable access, mobile delivery, and partnerships with healthcare organizations, NGOs, and community health programs. Expansion opportunities in Europe and Asia will be assessed country by country, with attention to language, pricing, healthcare delivery, privacy requirements, and applicable regulatory obligations.
This approach is intended to build a broader revenue base while adapting products and distribution to the needs of each market. Institutional partnerships, sponsored access, and locally appropriate pricing are potential ways to extend reach in underserved communities.
The recurring revenue model
The company’s planned revenue mix includes individual monthly and annual subscriptions, premium features and family plans, recurring licenses for healthcare providers and employers, and education bundles for schools, health organizations, and NGOs. It also intends to explore payer relationships, public-sector collaborations, and recurring white-label or co-branded arrangements where commercially appropriate.
At a base of 10 million active subscribers, the US$3.6 billion ARR target implies average recurring revenue of US$360 per subscriber per year, equivalent to US$30 per month across consumer subscriptions and attributable institutional revenue. This is a blended planning assumption across the ecosystem; actual prices and revenue contributions would vary by product, plan, contract, and geography.
Achieving that average would require an effective combination of paid conversion, subscriber retention, premium plan adoption, and recurring institutional contracts. Free access would support reach and engagement but would not, by itself, generate subscription ARR.
The December 2030 ARR target refers to an annualized recurring revenue run rate at that point in time. It excludes one-time sales and is distinct from total revenue recognized during the 2030 calendar year.
An invitation to partners and collaborators
GlucoSense Digital Corporation welcomes discussions with healthcare organizations, insurers, employers, NGOs, education providers, and public-sector stakeholders interested in expanding access to diabetes and metabolic health support. The company is also seeking research and clinical collaborators to evaluate its tools, strengthen the evidence supporting their use, and guide future development.
Investors and strategic partners who share this long-term vision are invited to request an investor presentation, partnership information, or a product demonstration through the company’s official contact channels.
