Massage does more than relax your muscles…it activates circulation, supports lymphatic movement, and helps your body process metabolic byproducts released from areas of tension.

As your therapist works through tight tissue, your body shifts fluid, increases blood flow, and begins transporting oxygen and nutrients back to the muscles that need them most.

Hydration helps this process continue after you leave the table.

• muscle recovery after deeper work
