Here is what it takes to change body composition. Look closely at the categories and see where you are at. Many clients come to me and want change and they are expecting outcomes that don’t measure equally with the effort. Trade offs can be extreme and not sustainable. Too less can cause significant health risks. Find a happy medium and enjoy your life.

You don't need a long workout ladies! This is how I help my clients going into perimenopause or they are past menopause. We do a lot of kettlebell swings to help elevate the sprint interval training to get that stimulus. We begin AT YOUR ABILITY. What are you capable of doing. Form is ALWAYS FIRST....intensity is last.
