Cilantro Lime Dressing

🥗 A zesty, fresh dressing that’s perfect for salads, tacos, or even as a dip! 🌿 The combination of cilantro and lime gives it that vibrant kick your taste buds will love. 🌟

Ingredients:

1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, packed
½ cup Greek yogurt (or sour cream for creaminess)
2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

In a blender or food processor, combine the cilantro, Greek yogurt, lime juice, olive oil, honey, and garlic.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
Pour into a small bowl or jar, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
