Over the years, I've experienced many layers of healing...
- Losing over 80 pounds and learning to nourish my body.
- Moving through burnout and realizing I couldn't pour from an empty cup.
- Healing postpartum anxiety, panic, and learning how to support my nervous system.
- Meeting my shadows and inner child and beginning the journey of self-love, reparenting, and reprogramming.
- Experiencing a spiritual awakening that changed the direction of my life.
- Leaving my job to follow my soul's calling and purpose.
- Becoming the woman I am today.

Each chapter taught me that wellness isn't just about what we eat.
It's about how we care for ourselves. How we speak to ourselves. How we support our bodies. How we honor our emotions. How we reconnect with our soul.
