Gluten-free pancakes that are gentle on the digestive system and perfect as a light, nourishing breakfast.

Made with almond flour – naturally gluten-free and rich in nutrients.

It’s a simple recipe you can make in just a few minutes and serve with your favorite toppings such as fruit, yogurt, or nut butter.

Protein is one of the most discussed topics in nutrition — and at the same time, one of the most misunderstood.

Minimum recommendations were established to prevent deficiencies.
Not to optimize muscle mass, metabolism, or healthy aging.

Today we know that many people — especially those who are physically active — may benefit from higher protein intake than the traditional minimum.

But the key word is: individualization.

Your protein needs depend on:

• Age
• Activity level
• Body composition goals
• Health status
• Lab results

There is no single number that works for everyone.

Do you track your protein intake, or have you never really paid attention to it?

Oats are an absolute gem in the kitchen – not just for your health, but also for creative cooking! 🍽️💛

✨ Here are 3 of my favorite ways to use oats (beyond the classic breakfast porridge!):
1. Banana oat pancakes with cinnamon – a sweet, filling post-workout snack 🍌🥞
2. Homemade granola with nuts and honey – a crunchy topping for yogurt or smoothie bowls 🍯🥣
3. Overnight oats – ready by morning, perfect for a quick start to the day 🌙⏰

💬 My tip: Instead of cutting carbs completely, go for high-quality, fiber-rich ones like oats. Your digestion (and your thyroid!) will thank you 😊 P.S. make sure to buy organic oats!

👉 Which one will you try first? Let me know in the comments!

NUTRITION MYTHS & FACTS – How many do you know?

In the world of diets and healthy living, it’s easy to fall for information that’s been repeated for years — even if it has no scientific backing. Today, we’re busting a few of the most common myths and showing you what’s actually worth knowing!

1. MYTH: You shouldn’t eat after 6 PM

FACT:
It’s not about the time — it’s about your total calorie intake. If you eat late but stay within your needs, it won’t negatively affect your weight. Quality and quantity matter more than timing.

2. MYTH: Gluten is bad for everyone

FACT:
Gluten only harms those with celiac disease or a diagnosed sensitivity. If you don’t have health issues, there’s no need to avoid it. Whole grain foods with gluten can be a great source of fiber and nutrients.

3. MYTH: Fat makes you fat

FACT:
Fat doesn’t automatically lead to weight gain. You gain weight from a calorie surplus, no matter the source. Healthy fats (like from avocado, nuts, and olive oil) are essential for hormones and brain function.

4. MYTH: Juice cleanses detox your body

FACT:
Your body already has a built-in detox system — your liver and kidneys. Juice can be a supplement to your diet, but it won’t magically cleanse your system. A healthy lifestyle is what truly supports detox.

5. MYTH: “Light” products are always healthier

FACT:
“Light” foods often have less fat but more sugar or artificial ingredients to keep the flavor. Always read the labels — light doesn’t always mean healthy.
