✨Inner peace, when, why and how circumstances outside of me are not allowing me to feel it or avoid it?
✨Health, what is holding me to create my own health to deserve to feel healthy?
Kindness, when, what happened that I got confused that treat other better than myself is okay?

All this skills are preventive tools that keep our mind healthy and sharp. We used to activate and use all areas in our brain just by doing them. Keep doing the ones you are good at and try to learn or practice one of those that you are interested in doing it.
