The Practice. Your Practice. Starts with the breath. Here I demonstrate four part breath. The breath of Kemetic Yoga. Inhale slowly through the nose pause at the top and Exhale soften the body belly button to spine pause at the bottom of the breath. Repeat Relax Reset.
