The wasitline don’t lie!
Food is information. What you put into your body is a reflection of how you care for yourself.
I learned this the hard way.
I went from a sugar addiction, waking up dehydrated, having juice and chips for breakfast leading dealing with gallbladder attacks, fatty liver, and IBS.
That wasn’t random. That was a response to how I was eating.
When your body is overloaded with sugar, ultra processed foods, and ingredients it can’t recognize, it creates inflammation, poor digestion, and hormone imbalances.
I had to change because my body forced me to.
I started focusing on real, whole foods that actually nourish and support gut health. I cut out highly processed foods (especially anything with long ingredient lists), increased my water intake, and became intentional about what I was putting into my body.
And over time my sugar cravings went away.
Not because of willpower… but because my body was finally getting what it needed.
Now I eat about 80% clean, and it shows not just physically, but in my energy, digestion, and overall health.
If you’re starting your journey, don’t overcomplicate it.
Start here:
• Drink more water
• Eat whole foods (foods with 1 ingredient)
• Reduce ultra-processed foods
• Pay attention to how your body responds
Small changes create real results.
Your body is always communicating with you telling you what it needs
