- 1 cup Almond Milk, or 1 Cup water and scant ΒΌ Cup Raw Almonds
- 2 teaspoon Flax Seeds, or flax seed meal
- 2 cups Fresh spinach/kale/power greens mix, packed
- 1 Apple, cored and seeded
- 1 Banana, fresh or frozen

cup Canned Pineapple, in pineapple juice
- β
cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
π΄Instructions:
1. If you are opting to use almonds and water instead of pre-made almond milk, start by blending your nuts, flax seeds, and water together until a smooth, creamy milk is formed.
2. Then pile in the rest of your ingredients. Spinach and kale, canned pineapple, blueberries, banana, apple, and fresh lemon juice.
3. Blend it all until you are satisfied that all those greens are liquified and then drink up the goodness!!!
