One of my Virtual Classes I teach, is Sound Baths. Connecting with the subconscious mind and exploring the blockage and fear, allows us space to move forward. Create space to allow creativity and esoteric evolution to occur.
This is a very unique opportunity to explore deep within through guided meditation and blended vibrational tones. You will need your journal, mat, blanket, and pillow for a session of discovery, relaxation and self care.
Key points are deep breathing and an introductory guided meditation to set the tone and help you begin the process. This will be infused with Reiki and energy healing to further facilitate the process.
