We are proud to announce that Youssef Ghallab, R&D Specialist at REME-D, will participate in the International Society for Neurochemistry (ISN) School 2026, taking place at the University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria, from October 25–31, 2026.
Under the theme “Neurogenetics for Brain Health,” the scientific school brings together researchers and experts to explore advances in neuroscience, genomics, bioinformatics, functional genetics, and molecular research techniques.

We were pleased to host a hands-on training session at Reme-D as part of the Biomanufacturing Fellowship workshops organized by Africa CDC and the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement (UPA).

The session provided an opportunity to open our laboratories, share practical experience, and exchange knowledge with fellows working across Africa’s biomanufacturing landscape.

We would like to thank Dr. Hesham Badr, Dr. Basma Ismael, Dr. Chiluba Mwila, and Dr. Vetja Haakuria for their role in making this workshop possible, as well as all the fellows and our Reme-D team for their engagement and contributions.

It was a pleasure to welcome and exchange experiences with Dr. Kodzo Gbewonyo, Dr. Pollnary Okoth, Dr. Rachid Mouline, Dr. Kerisha Batohi, Dr. Cheikh Abdoul Ahad SENE, Dr. Michelo Simuyandi, and Dr. Randa Hamed.

At Reme-D, we believe that strengthening Africa’s biomanufacturing capacity involves investing in both people and technology. Creating opportunities for practical, laboratory-based learning is one way we can contribute to this shared goal.
