Officially signed, sealed, delivered… and staying in NYC! 🖊️✨

After more than 12 years of higher education, I’m beyond excited to share that following the completion of my ASDS Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship, I’ll be joining the incredible team at UnionDerm as an attending dermatologist!

I’ll be seeing both cosmetic and medical dermatology patients at the Greenwich, CT and Central Park offices — and offering Saturday hours at the Union Square location.

I’m deeply grateful for the mentorship, training, and opportunities I’ve been given, and it’s truly an honor to continue working alongside the very physicians and team who helped shape my growth this past year.

It’s been quite a journey:

13 years ago, I was told I would be “lucky” if any medical school took a chance on me.

10 years ago, I deferred my medical school acceptance because my father unexpectedly passed.

7 years ago, I was crying in the bathroom during my first clinical rotation because I found out that I missed my goal Step 1 score and was certain that continuing to pursue career in dermatology would be impossible.

5 years ago, I celebrated matching into my dream specialty.

And today, I’m celebrating my first “big girl” job!

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, to everyone who has shared this journey — the highest highs, the lowest lows, and everything in between — both in person and online. Words cannot express how deeply grateful I am!

I’m thrilled to be stepping into this next chapter, and I’d be honored to see many of you in Connecticut or here in the city soon!

With gratitude,

Victoria 🤍

What an honor to have attended Student National Medical Association, Inc AMEC 2026 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania ( 💙💛), the nation’s most diverse medical education conference, focused on networking and professional development for the next generation of physicians, on behalf of the AAD Member Pathways Program.

It was such a joy to share my journey to dermatology alongside Drs. Hope Mitchell, MD, FAAD | Dermatologist, Phia, MD | Dermatology Resident, and Abreu, as well as to educate pre-medical and medical students on the American Academy of Dermatology’s initiatives to remove barriers to entering — and succeeding in — dermatology.

Additionally, I had the opportunity to take part in a panel cohosted by NMA Derm, A N ‘D R E A@L’Oreal, and L'Oréal Groupe centered on intentional dialogue to engage and empower pre-medical and medical students along the path to dermatology. At the culmination of the panel, over 100 future physicians were gifted “The Perfect Match,” a residency guide authored by Dr. Amy McMichael, courtesy of NMA Dermatology and made possible through an educational sponsorship from L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty.

I left AMEC 2026 feeling inspired by the passion, curiosity, and commitment of the students I met. Investing in mentorship, representation, and access is essential to building a stronger future in medicine and dermatology!

If you’re a student interested in dermatology, I encourage you to stay connected, seek mentorship, and explore the many pathways available to you. Always believe in the beauty of your dreams, stay committed to your goals, and never give up on the path toward the future you envision. 😊✨

Excited to collaborate with to share a professional-inspired at-home gentle exfoliation system: the RoC Retinol Correxion Line Smoothing 2-Step Peel Pads.

This non-invasive, two-step treatment incorporates a combination of exfoliating acids, hydrating Hyaluronic acid, and Retinol to help target:

- Fine lines
- Dullness
- Rough texture
- Blemishes
- Enlarged pores

I’m always excited when science-driven formulations make effective skincare more accessible between in-office treatments.

Have you tried an at-home peel pad yet?

✨ Pro tip: introduce slowly into your regimen and don’t forget your daily SPF!

I can’t believe it’s the end of an era - a few of my favorite highlights from my last Winter Clinical Conference as a trainee 💙

Honored to have been named one of 20 Rising Derm Stars 🌟 from across the country!

A huge thank you to and for the incredible opportunity to present my research (co-authored with .annechapas .robyngmyrek and ) focusing on micro-focused ultrasound with visualization and the risk (more so, lack there of!) of subsequent facelift compromise, delve into the newest advances in cosmetic and medical dermatology, and continue to grow!

Officially halfway through my Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship and feeling so incredibly grateful 🩵

This experience at has been everything I hoped for and more—an opportunity to learn from incredible mentors, continue honing my skillset in the field, and grow both clinically and academically.

From treating patients with injectables, chemical peels, lasers, and energy-based devices on a daily basis, to writing and reviewing clinical manuscripts, attending local and national conferences, and teaching residents, every step along the way has reinforced why I chose this path.

So thankful for the guidance and support of my mentors, and for the opportunity to be immersed in a field that so perfectly blends science, innovation, and artistry.

It’s hard to believe how quickly the time has flown by, and I’m so excited for all that’s still ahead in the final six months of my training!

Harvard Derm ❤️ ASDS

The American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS) is the largest specialty organization in the United States exclusively representing dermatologic surgeons. It was such a treat to head down to my home state of Florida to spend time learning from the leaders in cosmetic and MOHS surgery, networking, spending quality time with the best co-residents, and squeezing all of my dermatology friends from across the country 🥰

Will I get to see you next year in Chicago? ☺️☺️
