If you checked even one of these boxes, Infant OT Essentials was designed for you.

This isn’t for therapists who want to dabble. It’s for motivated pediatric OTs who are committed to mastery.

In 12 weeks, you’ll:
→ Master key developmental milestones (with the confidence to assess them accurately)
→ Excel at comprehensive infant assessments (no more second-guessing)
→ Interpret primitive and postural reflexes like a specialist
→ Deliver targeted, evidence-based interventions that actually get results
→ Create professional documentation in half the time
→ Coach families with expertise and empathy

This is the mentorship program I wish I’d had 18 years ago.

1:1 calls. Personalized feedback. Real-world application. The complete toolkit of videos, handouts, and protocols.

Three weeks until launch. đź”— Book a call to see if this is your next step. Link in bio.

Here's what nobody tells you about pediatric OT: You can graduate with honors, pass your boards, and still feel completely underprepared when you step into the infant arena.

The textbooks covered primitive reflexes. They didn't cover what to do when parents look at you expecting answers you're not sure you have.

They taught you about developmental milestones. They didn't teach you how to translate that into documentation that doesn't take hours.

I've been there. I've been the OT Googling "normal Moro reflex integration timeline" at 11pm. The one rewriting progress notes three times because I wasn't confident in my clinical reasoning.

That's exactly why I created Infant OT Essentials.

Not another continuing ed course you watch once and forget. A 12-week mentorship that transforms how you approach infant assessment and intervention—with confidence, clarity, and competence.

Because our tiniest patients deserve therapists who don't have to fake it till they make it.

My 3-step framework for building confidence, competence & clarity in infant OT

After mentoring dozens of therapists and watching their transformations, I’ve figured out the exact formula that works.

STEP 1: FOUNDATION FIRST Deep dive into what’s ACTUALLY happening in those first 12 months. Not surface-level stuff - the real patterns, reflexes, and red flags you need to know.

STEP 2: PRACTICAL APPLICATION Learn through real case scenarios and examples. What do you do when baby won’t stop crying? How do you assess a 2-month-old who seems “floppy”? Get the tools and templates you need.

STEP 3: PERSONAL MENTORSHIP This is the game-changer. Having someone who’s been there guide you through YOUR specific cases and questions. No more googling at 2am!

Here’s what doesn’t work: Throwing a bunch of theory at someone and expecting magic.

What DOES work: Building each element systematically with support every step of the way.

It’s not complicated, but it IS intentional.

✨ What changes when you have confidence, competence & clarity in infant OT? ✨

This picture is me 15 years ago - an uncertain but passionate therapist who felt completely lost with infants. I had the heart for it, but not the skills or confidence.

Fast forward to today, and I can tell you from experience - when you finally develop all 3 C’s, everything changes. And I mean EVERYTHING.

Here’s what I see happen:

🔥 You stop avoiding infant referrals - Instead of that pit in your stomach, you actually get excited about the challenge

🔥 Sessions flow differently - When baby starts crying, you know exactly why and what to do about it

🔥 Parents trust you instantly - Your confidence shows, and they feel safe asking the hard questions

🔥 You spot things others miss - That subtle asymmetry at 4 months? You catch it early when intervention matters most

🔥 Documentation becomes easy - You know what to look for, so you know what to write

🔥 You become THE person - Colleagues start asking YOU the infant questions

The biggest change? You go from feeling like an imposter to feeling like an expert. Because you ARE an expert.

One of my mentees told me: “I used to dread infant evaluations. Now I’m the one they call when no one else knows what’s going on.”

That’s the power of having all 3 C’s working together.

What would YOU do differently if you felt completely confident with infants? 👇

💭 The 3 C’s missing from your infant OT toolkit 💭

I keep having the same conversation with pediatric OTs: “I love working with kids, but when I see an infant referral, I panic.”

Here’s what’s really happening - you’re missing the 3 C’s:

🔸 CONFIDENCE - That steady feeling when a baby starts crying mid-session and you know exactly what to do

🔸 COMPETENCE - The specific skills for 0-12 months (because honestly, infant intervention is nothing like toddler therapy!)

🔸 CLARITY - Understanding what that little head lag actually means and whether it’s concerning or totally normal for a 3-month-old

Want to know the crazy part? Most of us got maybe 2-3 lectures on infant development in school. Then we’re expected to confidently assess and treat this population. No wonder we feel lost!

But here’s what I love about OTs - we’re problem solvers. Once we identify what’s missing (hello, 3 C’s!), we can absolutely build it.

I’ve watched therapists completely transform their practice. One colleague went from turning down all infant referrals to becoming the “baby expert” everyone consults. The difference? She built her confidence, competence, and clarity systematically.

So tell me - which of the 3 C’s do you feel you need most? And what would change in your practice if you had all three? 💙
