One of our latest wellness stops brought MaxWell straight to the gym where our Head DPT Carlo helped members reset and recover with assisted stretching. We also offered posture analysis for our friends who spend their days at a desk and their nights working out at TMPL, plus smoothie shots for a pre-workout boost or post-workout refresh.

We had an incredible time bringing the Maxwell Medical Wellness Workshop to MLB — getting employees moving, talking about mobility, recovery and injury prevention, and sharing simple ways to feel better throughout the workday.

Because wellness at work shouldn’t just be something we talk about. It should be something employees can actually feel.

This is one of our favorite parts of what we do at Maxwell Medical: bringing practical, hands-on wellness beyond our clinics and directly into the workplace.
