Immune Boosting Blackberry Kale Smoothie Bowl! 🥥
🤍In love with açai bowls and smoothie bowls at the moment- great start to the day !🤩
(If I eat in the morning it’s mostly between 10.30am onwards… once the digestion has woken up)🤍

🌱 4 kale leaves
🌱 Fresh mint leaves
🌱 Frozen blackberries (1 cup)
🌱 Frozen banana x1
🌱 Cauliflower (1 cup)
🌱 1 lemon
🌱 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
🌱 1 TBSP h**p seed
BLEND, blend, blend!
Toppings with whatever you like… unsweetened coconut flakes, h**p seeds or more blackberries 😋
