EPISODE VI will take place on Sunday, October in Central Park. You’ll be able to take a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class with our dear Jessica, it will relax you and you’ll even shake it out to release all tensions of week.

Before that, Nir is waiting for you to teach you a fun and easy approach to martial art combat! All level can join and be prepared to sweat and laugh while kicking and punching!

Hello Patates,
I’m not gonna introduce the amazing lady on the photo. Besides being a major figure of our times, fighting for the equality of sexes and being a free thinker, legendary RBG was in her private life as strong of character.

She would keep working out until not too long ago, maintaining good shape and teaching us that your mind has a lot to do when it comes to pushing the limits of your body, no matter your age.

Thank you RBG for being an example for all.

Patate us all about wellness. But what is it exactly?

The state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.

The wellness industry is developing as we realize that we need to take care of ourselves. Especially in those times.
But for Patate, wellness is not just about physical activity and food.
They are indeed pillars when it comes to wellbeing, but they are definitely not the only ones!

In my opinion, wellness encompasses many more aspects of our lives.
If we follow the definition above, being in good health not only should refer to physical health. Our mental health is as important - if not more...

This is why Wellness is finding balance.
Balance between all aspects of life: friends, family, work, play, rationality, spirituality, activity, rest, food, determination, knowledge and goals.
Wellness should lead you to happiness.
