Spectacular! I didn’t want it to end…

John Patrick Shanley and Robyn Cohen together, discussing art and life I couldn’t ask for anything more!

These two great beings, courageously share stories of personal challenge/adversity, risk, growth, and ultimate triumph personally and professionally thru deep soul searching honesty.

And it is all sprinkled with a great deal of humor and compassion.

My biggest takeaway was how true Empowerment occurs when we Declaring ourself. When we garner the courage to drop all pretense a wealth of infinite creative energy wells up from within leaving us invincible.

“The first step toward great acting is deeper self-discovery and realization.”

In this interview with , I share my story of personal growth and how the journey took me on a quest to find the most effective tools to heal trauma stored in the body and expand our capacity to live life to its “felt” fullest.

These insights apply to actors and non-actors alike.

How many of us are truly connecting and listening to our bodies? How many of us are aware of the habitual defenses and proyections we make that keep us from connecting with ourselves and others at an authentic level?

Increasing awareness of ourselves through the embodiment techniques I share, has the power to decrease resistance and hack the steamrolling of our ego to reach that deeper texture within us that injects “vitality and aliveness” into our human experience.
