Decided to head south for the Arnold Sports Festival. Always a blast watching and meeting many of the rookies, seasoned, and old dogs pursuing the things that ignite their passion - and honestly, learning a thing or two about new fitness trends and all that free swag ain't too bad either.
Overall so many remarkably talented people in one chaotic place, inspiring and motivating one another to reach new heights, or at least lift very heavy objects!

CLIENT HIGHLIGHT:

This lady totally blew my mind this evening, working at her strongest, most stable, balanced and flexible!

I’ve been working with this extremely strong and persistent 60 year old with Lymohedema for over a year and a half, aiming on strengthening her right knee in which she’s trying to hold off on knee replacement surgery. Well guess what, the workouts have been successful and she was able to put off the surgery, maybe for a while since she’s been doing extremely well!
She has challenges with having Lymphedema and Plantar Fascitis, but she continues to impress me with pushing herself through every exercise as I continue to progress her workouts. Her strong will and desire to keep moving forward truly indicates how much she really wants to win! 🏆

CLIENT HIGHLIGHT:

I’ve been happily working with this 71 year old Parkinson’s Disease Warrior for almost a year and a half. We cover everything in our training sessions from strength, balance, core and flexibility with not only physical exercises, but exercises which require mental challenges like boxing drills. We end every session with 15 minutes of massage gun, rolling and stretching so he feels comfortable and relaxed when he leaves.
