My first baby lit the fire & this one is keeping it litt 🥰Feed your babies, feed yourself, Love your babies, love yourself, and HYDRATE. Make the world uncomfortable as it’s the only way we get comfort! 💗

I, Antasia, am a full spectrum doula. I provide emotional and physical support before, during, and in the beginning weeks of birth and parenthood.
