I was excited to try the continuous glucose monitor from . I had heard from nutritionists and clients that our meals support stable blood sugar levels and was curious to see how it would perform for me!

The process of putting on the monitor was super easy. I don’t love needles and expected a prick but it was more like putting on a sticker. The interface on the Lingo app was real-time and very easy to use and read.

And the results were in! We ran them by to see what AI could tell us and were amazed at the insights it could draw:

It shared the meal performed well metabolically with low to moderate glycemic load (which makes sense as we use nothing processed and don’t have sugar in the kitchen), good fiber content, adequate protein and/or fat and minimally ultra-processed ingredients (we cook everything from scratch)

It validated that we can legitimately highlight this as evidence of a metabolically friendly-meal, demonstrating how well our tailoring works and the quality of our cooking! 🏆 💪✨😊
