Sitting here in Sutton Place waiting for my next client, taking in one of my favorite views in the city.

As I look across the East River, I can't help but reflect on how far this journey has come. What started as a passion for helping people move and feel better has allowed me to not only serve clients throughout Manhattan, the Bronx, Westchester County, Yonkers...but also Roosevelt Island, Astoria, Long Island City, Greenpoint, Williamsburg, and DUMBO.

Every appointment, referral, and conversation has helped build something special.

I am truly grateful, thankful, and blessed for every client who has trusted me with their health, wellness, recovery, and performance. Your trust in my professionalism and hard work is something I never take for granted.

The journey continues, and the mission remains the same: helping people move better, feel better, and live better.

This Father’s Day, celebrate the man who’s always been there by helping him slow down, recover, and feel his best.

Whether he’s constantly working, training, providing, or simply carrying the weight of everyday life… dads deserve time to reset too.

One of the things I truly love most about what I do is the connection and rapport I build with my clients. 🙏🏾

It’s deeper than just stretching, recovery, or mobility… it’s trust.

Trusting the process is one thing — but trusting me to help take care of your body means everything to me.

Very happy to be collaborating with Crunch Fitness Inwood for their Outdoor Pre-Sale Opening Celebration this Saturday, May 16th from 12PM–4PM! 💪🏿🔥

I’ll be providing demo assisted stretch sessions throughout the event and bringing the BioStretch & Cryo recovery experience to the community.

If you’re in the Inwood area, come out with family and friends to enjoy a day focused on community, health, wellness, movement, and recovery. There will be music, fitness, activities for the kids, giveaways, and more!
