This bath ritual is one unique way to help refill your cup, provide balance, and encourage healing. Adding a few ingredients with healing properties, can aid in keeping your mind fresh and your focus clear!

Ingredients:

1-2 cups Epsom Salt
1 cup Himalayan salt
3 drops lavender essential oil
Handful of Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
Any dry flowers ( lavender, rose, camomile)

Relax and stay in the bath for at least 10-15 minutes 🛀 😌
