Olive and coconut oil have their place, but high heat isn't it.

Ghee holds up when your olive oil starts to smoke and your coconut oil turns heavy.

Ghee is clarified butter, so the lactose and casein are gone. The richness stays.

Swap 1 tablespoon of your usual oil for ghee in your next saute. You'll notice the difference before you finish the pan.

What's in this week's bowl? πŸ‘€ Linner Kitchari finished with miso paste, a dollop of ghee, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Savory depth meets cozy sweetness.

Save this combo for your next bowl, just not during your cleanse. During a Reboot, the magic is in eating exclusively anti-inflammatory kitchari; bring out this combo once you're back to everyday life. 🌿

What's in this week's bowl? πŸ‘€ Breakfast Kitchari, flaky salt, coconut butter, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Sweet and salty, gut-approved.

Save this for your next breakfast, just not while you're cleansing. This one's for your everyday kitchari days. 🌿

"It's just your age." You've heard that one too.

Age doesn't cause bloating or fatigue. An imbalanced gut does.

Sometimes your body isn't asking for a diagnosis. It's asking for a seasonal reset.

REBOOT gives you that reset with Kitchari - moong dal (a lentil-esque legume), basmati rice, and ghee (all included), in one pot.

No fasting. No extremes. Just food that gives your body room to reset.

Save this for the next time someone tells you it's just your age.

What's in this week's bowl? πŸ‘€ Breakfast Kitchari, caramelized banana, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Comfort food that loves your gut back.

Save this for your next breakfast. This is an everyday-life bowl, not a cleanse-day one. During your Reboot, keep it simple and anti-inflammatory; save the sweet stuff for after. 🌿

You're not bloated. You're backed-up.

Your gut clears food in layers. When it can't fully process a meal, that undigested load doesn't move on. It sits.

Mornings start clear. By evening, the day's meals can stack up faster than digestion clears them. That's often why heaviness feels worse at night than it did at breakfast.

"Functional" doesn't mean "optimal." A gut that's technically working can still be running behind. That gap is where a lot of the heaviness actually lives.

When the backlog clears, the load lifts.

Next time evening heaviness hits, consider asking what's backed up, not what you ate wrong.

One pot. A handful of anti-inflammatory ingredients. A whole lot of gut health support. 🍲 Here's how we make Kitchari.

Tight on time? Skip the soak, you can add the moong dal and rice straight from the bag. Got a sensitive stomach? Soak them first for easier digestion.

Your lymphatic system is constantly absorbing toxins, waste, and everything your body needs to clear out. But unlike your heart, it has no pump. It relies on movement to keep flowing.

When it doesn't move, your lymph nodes get congested. That's when you start getting sick more often, staying sick longer, or feeling like your immune system just can't keep up.

Your workout isn't the problem. What you eat right after might be.

Working out already spikes cortisol, that's normal. But if you follow it with a heavy, hard-to-digest meal, your body doesn't have the digestive strength to break it down.

What happens? That undigested stress just sits there. Your body reads it as another stressor, and produces even more cortisol in response.

The fix nobody talks about: eat something easy to digest post-workout.
