3 things to do in the 1 hour before bed (science says they work):
1️⃣ Dim the lights — blue light blocks melatonin.
2️⃣ Drop your body temp — a cool room = deeper sleep.
3️⃣ Stop “doing” — your brain needs 20 mins to switch off.
Most people skip these. Then wonder why they wake up at 3AM.
