One of the core pillars of my work is cyclical alignment. I believe that all of humanity 〰 especially women 〰 are meant to live in relationship with cycles.
The most influential among them are the menstrual cycle, the seasonal cycle (Wheel of the Year), and the lunar cycle. These forces shape our bodies, emotions, and inner lives every single day.
When we learn how these cycles move, we begin to understand ourselves more deeply.

Before modern calendars, the moon was a timekeeper. Naming the moons helped communities track seasons, food, animals, and survival.
Many of the names we use today come from Indigenous North American traditions, later recorded by European settlers. They reflect how people once lived in direct relationship with the land.
Wolf Moon. Snow Moon. Strawberry Moon. Harvest Moon. Each name tells a story of time and place.

This knowledge is deeply grounding. It has transformed how I move through my days and how I understand myself.
Now, when I look at the moon, I know where she is—and where I am. Within the season. Within the cycle. Within myself.
No matter what else is happening, I can say:
“I am here, beneath the Full Wolf Moon in winter. I know where I am.” 𖦹
