Okay, hear us out: a Kirtan circle might actually be exactly what your nervous system needs.

Kirtan is a community practice originating in India where mantras are sung together, stories are shared, and the sound of the harmonium helps quiet some of the noise in your head.

And before you think I don’t sing / I don’t know any mantras / is this for me? Yes. No singing experience or Kirtan knowledge required.

We’ll learn mantras together, explore meditation through sound and movement, share with one another, and most importantly, have fun.

Bring your wonderful self, plus anything you’d like to share: a story, poem, photo, or something meaningful to you. 🤍

Join us Sunday afternoon for this new workshop! Bring any aches and pains you’d like to leave behind, everything else will be provided. Ellyn will lead you in self-massage techniques and corrective exercises to alleviate tension, release trapped energy, and allow your muscles to deeply relax so they can perform better.

You’ll work with:
⭐️ Proprioception (body sense)
⭐️ Interoception (physiological listening)
⭐️ Motor control (physical performance)

For the rest of August, we’re challenging you to come to the studio without your phone on you. That’s it. No complicated detox, no throwing your phone into the Hudson.

Ever wondered what those little therapy balls actually do? 🤷🏽‍♀️

This is Myofascial Release, and it’s one of those things that’s easier to feel than explain. If you’ve been carrying tension in your neck, shoulders, hips, or back, this workshop is a chance to learn practical techniques you can use again and again.

Led by corrective exercise specialist Ellyn, you’ll explore self-massage, mobility, and breath strategies designed to help you move and feel better.

Picture this: ocean sounds at sunrise, morning yoga in an open-air studio, a chef-prepared brunch — then a wide open afternoon, however you want to spend it. Days unfold slowly, friendships form fast. 🌊

This retreat is hosted by two friends whose bond is honestly a little magical. We met in 2012 studying Ashtanga in India — Fabiola knocked on my door looking for someone else, and the rest was history. In that little Mysore community, we were known as one word: “FabiandErica.” ✨

Now we’re bringing that same magic to Rincón, Puerto Rico!
