If you want to reverse aging and lift your face, sit up, stretch up—lift your crown to the sky—lengthen upward to stretch your spine! Sit taller my girl! When you sit up straight:
✔️ Your spine decompresses creating a path for neurological movement and also space for energy to move and flow freely up the central channel
✔️ Your head aligns with your body, reducing strain in the jaw and neck, preventing double chin and jowls
✔️ Your face rests in a more lifted alignment, preventing sagging, and allowing you to radiate more confidence and youthful energy
