Proud of our work to develop this A*O for FUS-ALS patients and families, and so happy for Jeff and his family. The global phase 3 trial of this antisense drug is fully enrolled, with top-line results anticipated later this year.

Every few months for the past three years, Jeff Vierstra has been receiving infusions in his spine that target and disable a mutated gene that made it likely he would develop ALS.
