Hanna (Clinical) Somatic Education is a movement practice, a hands on work and an effective system for changing chronic pain and posture. It goes to the root of the issue, changing the brain's signal to the muscles, restoring mobility, sensation, control and benefitting all systems. Both the Somatic movement classes and private sessions send you home with illustrated materials to support your home practice and self care techniques.
