LOL. Two features in one week. 😁

Very grateful to Renée Onque at CNBC for including me in a piece about the daily habits longevity physicians actually practice themselves, and to Rick Polito at Longevity Biz for featuring me earlier this week.

I've been fascinated by longevity, prevention and the biology of aging for a very long time, so it's fun to see these ideas becoming part of a much bigger conversation.

For me, the goal has never simply been living longer. It's staying healthy, strong, cognitively sharp, metabolically resilient and functional for as much of that life as possible.

Thank you Renée, Rick, CNBC and Longevity Biz. I really appreciate the recognition. 🙏

I was very pleased to be included in this thoughtful article by Rick Polito for The Longevity Biz on how longevity medicine is changing the practice of preventive and concierge medicine.

What I particularly appreciated is that the article recognizes something I have believed for a very long time. Much of what we now call longevity medicine has its roots in good preventive medicine.

What has changed is our ability to measure.

We now have genomics, epigenetics, metabolomics, proteomics and increasingly sophisticated diagnostic tools that can help us understand an individual's health and risk at a much deeper level. We can make changes and, importantly, go back and see whether those changes are actually working.

The technology will continue to evolve, probably faster than any of us can imagine. But the goal remains pretty simple: prevent disease when we can and help people remain healthy, functional and engaged in their lives for as long as possible.

Thank you, Rick, for the thoughtful article and to The Longevity Biz for including me.

There's a theory that says that life is based on a competition and the struggle and the fight for survival, and it's interesting because when you look at fractal character of evolution, it's totally different. It's based on cooperation among the elements in the geometry and not competition.

🌱🌍 Embracing Evolution: Cooperation over Competition 🤝💡

From single-celled organisms to complex ecosystems, life has thrived through symbiotic relationships, mutual support, and adaptation🌿

As we navigate the challenges of our modern world, let's remember that our greatest strength lies in collaboration, not competition. Together, we can create a future that honors the interconnectedness of all living beings. 🌏💞

Let's cultivate a mindset of unity and compassion, recognizing that we are all integral parts of a larger whole. Together, we have the potential to co-create a world where harmony and balance reign supreme.

The real cost of a preventive health scan goes well beyond the price tag.

While no test to diagnose long COVID exists, patients at a Twin Cities natural health clinic are using a combination therapy of ancient tools and modalities to treat mystifying symptoms.

Yes, it's no longer just for seniors or confined to Chinese clans and wushu associations. The supposedly old-fashioned practice is now embraced by those in their 30s and 20s (even David Beckham gave it a go).
