Here's me on my birthday, a little delirious and A LOT HAPPY! I want to thank everyone for their birthday wishes and prayers. This past birthday was by far the most special one I've had yet, and not because I did the craziest thing or celebrated in the most fantastical way but because the genuine love and support I allowed myself to receive truly meant the world. I've never really cried on my birthday before but this past one, I sobbed tears of joy & gratitude and felt SO full. I'm so appreciative and want to thank y'all and share my gratitude with you. I'm in partnership with the and I have been encouraged by my Reiki Teacher to offer this workshop that was to be for the writers of the retreat. We are opening up this workshop to the community. We will ground in with a mindfulness meditation, set our intentions and charge them and find wisdom through release with cord cutting, Reiki and guided visualization. We end the workshop filling ourselves up with Reiki light and gratitude for our own courage and willingness to show up for ourselves; done in a safe and sacred container.
