We began with a foundation of Bikram Yoga, which is a powerful series of 26 Hatha Yoga postures practiced in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Each posture builds upon the previous posture and prepares you for the next. In this way, the series systematically stimulates and restores health to every muscle, joint, and organ of the body. This practice boasts many physical, mental, and emotional benefits.

Through the gentle sounds of harmonium, Sanskrit mantra, and crystal singing bowls, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and receive. Whether you choose to meditate, lie down, journal, dream, or simply rest, this is your time to reconnect and restore. Dress comfortably and bring whatever helps you settle in—a journal, blanket, crystals, mala beads, or simply yourself.

Ready to take the next step in your Ashtanga practice or simply curious to explore something new? Join us this Saturday, August 8th at 3РМ for an exciting Ashtanga pop-up class with Carolokah.

In this special pop-up, we’ll practice the first half of the Primary Series before being introduced to the beginning of the Second Series-a chance to explore what’s next with clear guidance, modifications, and plenty of room for curiosity.

Whether you’ve joined us for our Primary Series classes or are simply interested in experiencing Ashtanga for the first time, all are welcome.

We’ll wrap up with an open Q&A, so bring your questions and enjoy the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the practice.

Te invitamos a una clase de la serie original de yoga caliente 26 + 2 en la que todas las instrucciones se darĂĄn en espaĂąol. Es una linda oportunidad para vivir la prĂĄctica desde otro lugar, conectando mĂĄs profundamente con las posturas y la respiraciĂłn a travĂŠs del idioma.

Durante la clase recorreremos una secuencia completa en un ambiente accesible y acogedor, abierto a todos los niveles. Al final, habrĂĄ un espacio para preguntas y para compartir la experiencia.

We’d love to invite you to a 90-minute yoga class where all the guidance will be offered in Spanish with our wonderful instructor Mónica Félix. It’s a great opportunity to experience the practice in a different way, connecting more deeply with the postures and your breath through language.

During the class, we’ll move through a complete sequence in a supportive and welcoming environment that’s open to all levels. At the end, there will be time for questions and conversation, so you can share your experience or ask anything that comes up.

Everyone is welcome—whether you’re a fluent Spanish speaker or open to trying something new.

Join Elly Kace for a special 2-hour 26+2 practice designed to help you deepen your understanding of this classic sequence.

Moving through the traditional 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, this class will offer extra cueing, more detailed breakdowns, and additional time to explore alignment, awareness, and the intention behind the practice.

Whether you’re newer to the series or have been practicing for years, this is an opportunity to experience the sequence in a more detailed, supportive, and educational way while still enjoying the challenge and fun of a full practice.
